Clive is the Founder/Managing Director of the Perth-based independent Full-Service Music Publisher Perfect Pitch Publishing. He is an APRA registered songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, senior music business lecturer and music teacher. A Non-Executive Board Director and Deputy Chair of AMCOS, Non-Executive Board Director and Chair of AMPAL, Chair - ICMP - Australasia and Asia Global Regional Group. MPA Australia & New Zealand (AMPAL)
Clive is the only regionally based (Perth WA) music publisher currently sitting on the AMCOS/AMPAL boards.
Clive’s previous experience includes senior director roles at PolyGram/Universal, ABC Music and Shock Music Publishing. He has previously served on the boards of PPCA, AIR and WAM (West Australian Music Industry Assoc)
Clive was a senior lecturer at AIM (Australian Institute of Music) - Music Publishing and International Music Marketing until relocating to Perth in 2019. He is a guest lecturer at WAAPA (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts), and a regular facilitator, panellist, mentor at WAMcon, a major sponsor of WAM Song of the Year competition and a Creative Australia peer assessor.
Clive holds a certificate of Education from the London School of Teachers (UNSW), is a registered Justice of the Peace in WA and is a member of the Royal Association of Justices of Western Australia and the Institute of Community Directors Australia (AMICDA).
Karen hamilton (Deputy Chair)

Karen has over 30 years’ experience in the industry across A&R, Copyright, Royalties & Licensing and is currently the General Manager at 120 Publishing.
Having previously worked at AMCOS, MMA Music, Mana Music and Warner Chappell, in 1998 she joined John Woodruff Management to work across recordings, publishing and management for Savage Garden, and a short time later partnered with John and Keith Welsh to form Rough Cut Music Publishing. Over the next decade the company signed and developed several prominent Australian artists including Evermore, Kisschasy, Trial Kennedy and The Butterfly Effect.
In 2011 she launched 120 Publishing for Ministry of Sound Australia (now TMRW Music). 120 is a full-service publisher with a special interest in working closely with dance & electronic music writers, producers and topliners, and a focus on setting up collaborations between domestic writers and international artists.
Karen is passionate about creating export opportunities for Australian songwriters. She currently sits on the AMCOS Board, is a judge for APRA’s Professional Development Awards and is also an active member of APRA’s CMAG Committee, working to implement Music Recognition Technology across nightclubs and festivals and advocating for the fair distribution of live performance income to Australian writers.

Craig is the Director & Financial Controller of Warner Chappell Music Australia, serving on the AMCOS board and as Director and Company Secretary of AMPAL. He also previously served as Alternate Director on the APRA board.
Prior to joining Warner Chappell, Craig had a career in public accounting and business advisory services. He is a CPA, and holds an Honours degree in Law, a Commerce degree and post-graduate qualifications in both Law and Accounting.
In his role at Warner Chappell, Craig is responsible for representing a diverse range of songwriters, from Australian icons such as previous members of Little River Band and Australian Crawl, to current cultural exports Tones & I and Vance Joy and global acts such as Zach Bryan and Dua Lipa.

Linda is the Co-CEO of Mushroom Music, a progressive independent music company established in 1972. Representing a diverse range of iconic songwriters and catalogues from Australia, New Zealand, and beyond, the company operates on a global scale.
Linda’s career began at APRA in 1990, where she founded the first Writer Services Department in Melbourne. She then spent 23 years as Head of A&R and Creative at Mushroom Music before moving into a leadership role in 2019. She also serves on the boards of AMCOS, APRA, and IMPF.
As Co-CEO, Linda leads a team of innovative thinkers committed to creating meaningful opportunities for songwriters, while fostering sustainable and rewarding careers. They are strong advocates for emerging talent and take pride in nurturing the next generation of artists and writers.
Linda’s passion for music and storytelling has been the driving force behind her work at Mushroom Music. When I left school I joined the Sheet music Department at Castle Music (now EMI Publishing) picking sheet music out of shelves and sending them to retailer’s across Australia and New Zealand.
After working in the creative department at EMI for a few years I moved to ATV Northern songs as Creative manager. The company was sold to Michael Jackson so I moved onto become General Manager of peermusic. Later I was made Managing Director then Regional Head of S.E. Asia. I was there over 25 years and in that time I was on the AMCOS board for about the same amount of time.
Next up I became Managing Director of Cooking Vinyl Publishing Australia, role I have had for the last 7 years. A start up here in Australia we now represent a diverse range of acts including Shane Nicholson, Luca Brasi, Screen Composer Dinesh Wicks, Make them Suffer, Alpha Wolf, Quails, Nick Wales, Jess Ribeiro and Jade Imagine.

Jane English has worked extensively in the Australasian music publishing business. Jane is currently Managing Director of Wise Music Pty Ltd. She has also worked for EMI MP Asia (Regional Director), BMG MP Asia Pacific (Vice-President), EMI MP Hong Kong (General Manager), Warner Bros MP Australia (General Manager), Warner Bros MP Asia (General Manager) and Rondor Music Australia (General Manager). She has been on the Executive Committees of the Asian Music Publishers Association and the Hong Kong Music Publishers Association. Outside of music publishing, Jane has worked in the live music sector, primarily as Festival Director of Good Vibrations Festival and managing various venues, she has provided free legal advice to musicians and songwriters at the Arts Law Centre of Australia and assisted in establishing Support Act Limited. She holds an Honours degree in Law, an Arts degree and a graduate diploma in legal practice.

Jodie Feld is the Director of Recorded A&R and Artist Experience at BMG Australia and has been involved in building BMG's roster and brand in Australia since its launch in 2016. Philip and business partner Philip Walker have developed the multi service ORiGiN Music Group – now in its 31 years of operation. Prior to establishing ORiGiN Philip Mortlock was with Warner Music Australia for 18 years in various roles.
Philip has also served on the boards of ARIA, AIR, the National Film and Sound Archive, Hush Foundation, Create NSW Contemporary Music Board and now AMPAL.

Damian has been with Sony since the company re-started its publishing arm in 1992. Following the merger of Sony Music Publishing with EMI Music Publishing in 2012, he was appointed Managing Director of the combined entities. He began his music industry career in 1981 at CBS Records.

Damian is the General Manager of AMPAL and is also AMPAL’s representative on the ICMP Global Board, engaged for these roles via the music industry consulting firm Sonic Rights Management, of which Damian is managing director. A veteran of over 30 years in the music business since his days playing in bands in his native Perth, Damian is also the principal of its related music law firm, Sonic Lawyers. Damian brings a wealth of relevant music industry experience, including lengthy stints as head of legal & business affairs for both Sony Music Australia and Alberts, board member of PPCA, WAM and AMPAL, and past president of the Copyright Society of Australia. Particularly through his work with Alberts managing the AC/DC and Vanda & Young catalogues, Damian has developed strong relationships with publishers large and small around the world, and a sophisticated understanding of the publishing landscape and challenges faced. Damian holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Laws degree (specialising in media, communications and information technology) from the University of New South Wales.
